Our client's office and showroom are based in Stroud, Gloucestershire and they require a brand-new person who has a great eye for colour and style and is inspired by styling and dressing people of all shapes and sizes in elegant timeless designs. This role is also perfect for someone who likes a varied role, is a highly efficient organised people’s person and loves styling, to help with marketing and promoting of beautiful outfits and wants to be part of a socially responsible fashion business.
Responsibilities:- Handling all customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers in the showroom and at shows - offering personal styling advice
- Taking and processing orders with care and attention
- Managing the brand’s digital presence - including email campaigns, website updates, and social media content
- Writing and editing marketing content with an eye for tone and accuracy
- Coordinating appointments, stock control, and order fulfilment
- Supporting the founder with administration, customer care, and creative initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills
