This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who pride themselves on delivering excellent service to their customers and staff too! The Internal Sales Administrator will be responsible for dealing with all incoming customer orders and enquiries ensuring they are dealt with within the agreed timescales, whilst providing complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Responsibilities: -Processing customer orders -Liaise with management regarding costs and availability of bespoke products -Raise quotations -Ensure communication on timescales are recorded in the system for visibility -Monitor and follow up open quotations -Deal with queries and issues in a timely manner to minimise potential impact on the business -Keep up to date with deliveries daily and follow up to prevent orders being overdue -Identify upselling opportunities with existing customer base Candidate Attributes: -Previous experience highly advantageous -Excellent organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Self-motivated and adaptable -Good communication skills and telephone manner Hours – Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm – Friday 08.30am – 2pm Salary – Up to £30,000 depending on experience + team bonus opportunity + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
