Are you friendly, ambitious, and interested in a career in property? Our successful estate agency client in Churchdown, Gloucester is looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to join their busy team. No previous estate agency experience is needed as full training and support will be provided. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with excellent career progression. Many senior team members started as trainees and worked their way up!

Your role will include:

  • Helping sell properties and achieve sales targets
  • Meeting customers and providing excellent service
  • Speaking with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors
  • Arranging property appointments and valuations
  • Keeping records updated on the company system
  • Promoting the company’s services
  • Following industry rules and company procedures

Training salary: Up to £27,500 per annum (guaranteed for the first 9 months). After training: Up to £30,000 OTE (inclusive of your basic salary + commission).

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, every Saturday 9am – 5pm (with a weekday off in lieu, still working 5 out of 7 days per week).
