With 50 years of experience, the organisation has built a strong and established customer base with an excellent reputation within the sector. Key responsibilities: -Complete compliance, audit and reporting requirements, working with external brokers and third-party teams -Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement and suggest new ways to grow -Support the launch of new products, promotions and growth strategies -Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and oversight partners -Identify and report complaints to the board or relevant insurance brokers -Carry out regular team one-to-ones, using audit feedback to support development -Monitor team performance and engagement, helping to drive business growth and customer retention Hours – 20 to 25 hours per week across 4/5 days per week (office based) Salary – From £30,000 (FTE) depending on experience and negotiable + -25 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays -CEO regularly gets pizza/lunch delivered to the office -Expenses paid invite to an awards event where a gift bag worth £500 is given to staff -Social Fridays where they attend bottomless brunches and have delivered breakfasts -Very approachable/supportive and always on hand senior management
