Our client, who have been in business for over 40 years, are currently recruiting for a driven individual to join their growing team. This will be on a full time permanent basis from their offices in Gloucester. Your main responsibility will be to support the team, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Our client is happy to consider candidates from a retail or hospitality background, as long as you are willing to learn and confident speaking to clients and customers over the telephone; full training will be provided. You will work alongside a supportive and close knit team where you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and further your career within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in order processing and track purchase orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate communication and delivery coordination
  • Manage email inbox communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team
  • Participate in customer meetings as required
  • Process recurring sales orders accurately
  • Manage returns processes
  • Coordinate delivery logistics to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Attributes:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm OR 8am – 5pm
