Our small yet well-established client, who have ambitious future growth plans, are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their fun and ‘family feel’ team as Finance Administrator. This is a permanent, full time opportunity based from their offices in Staunton, Gloucester.

You will be responsible for all administration of day to day financial operations working as part of a wider team to support the business. Our client are happy to look at candidates at varying levels however, you must have experience working within an office / finance setting. Whether you have previous finance and / or finance experience this is the perfect opportunity to utilise your skills in a new role.

To be considered for this role you must have strong attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in along with a good sense of humour and a love for dogs! Most of all, you must be a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, reconcile accounts and manage expense claims
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Support with month-end and year-end processes
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Support the wider team in additional ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Candidate Attributes
  • Previous experience in a similar finance / office role
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to get stuck in and work closely alongside other members of the team
  • Bubbly personality with ability to speak to people at all levels

Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (flexi time can be offered to start or finish slightly earlier or later)

Salary
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience + free parking
