Responsibilities: - Work with Business Manager to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels - Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users’ needs and aspirations - To work alongside the Registered Manager ensuring that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly - Taking on new care packages, both social services funded and private - Completing risk assessments and developing effective care plans tailored to clients’ needs - Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation - Providing supervision to support workers - Overseeing Annual Leave - To be willing to delegate tasks to Lead Carers - To provide care services to clients in an emergency, a...
