Our excellent client, based in Stroud, are currently recruiting for an Entry Level Finance Assistant to join their small and growing finance team (plus the office dog!) on a full-time, permanent basis. This business has a number of clients on their books that rely on them for finance assistance, therefore, you will need to be a friendly point of contact for queries and processing. This is an entry level position, therefore no previous work experience is required, just a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities- Assist with finance/accounts email inbox.
- Using document scanning system for import/coding/authorisation/export to system.
- Preparing payment runs weekly and monthly.
- Payment allocations.
- Loading payments onto various banks as relevant to each client.
- Issuing payment remittances where relevant.
- Supplier statement recs and dealing with any queries.
- Posting and reconciling expenses claims.
- Raising sales invoices.
- General administration.
- Computer literate, to include Excel and Outlook.
- Friendly, team player.
- Clear communicator.
- Well organised.
