The role is responsible for ensuring key account customers receive a consistently high standard of support through the effective management of customer communications, reporting, quotations, compliance requirements and follow-up actions.

Working closely with Service Coordinators and internal teams, the role also supports the timely processing and invoicing of completed works, ensuring customer queries are responded to promptly and contractual commitments are consistently met.

To apply you must be used to working in a busy environment and must be able to be a reliable and assertive member of a busy operational team.

It's also expected that the candidate will have good understanding of commonly used Microsoft office applications.

Hours - 39 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30pm - 4pm.
