Our well-established, family run client based in Evesham, who are one of the largest businesses in the region for supplying to the retail market, are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who employ staff that have remained long term! The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Commercial team, managing the end-to-end processing of customer orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with customers and internal departments to proactively resolve issues, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and communicate requirements to the packhouse team.
  • Support customers with product availability, order amendments, and delivery queries.
  • Respond to customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate sales and reporting documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Keep up to date with product availability, seasonal ranges, and new launches.
