Our small yet well-established client, who have ambitious future growth plans, are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their fun and 'family feel' team as Accounts Administrator. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity based from their offices in Staunton, Gloucester.
You will be responsible for all administration of day‑to‑day financial operations working as part of a wider team to support the business. Our client are happy to look at candidates at varying levels; however, you must have experience working within an office/finance setting. Whether you have previous finance and/or finance experience, this is the perfect opportunity to utilise your skills in a new role.
To be considered for this role you must have strong attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in along with a good sense of humour and a love for dogs! Most of all, you must be a team player.
Responsibilities- Process invoices, reconcile accounts and manage expense claims
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Support with month‑end and year‑end processes
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Support the wider team in additional ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a similar finance/office role
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to get stuck in and work closely alongside other members of the team
- Bubbly personality with ability to speak to people at all levels
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (flexi time can be offered to start or finish slightly earlier or later)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience + free parking
