Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, receive, and verify new client care pack electronically, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Verify identification and source of funds for all new clients
  • Update the company management system proactively to ensure an accurate status
  • Complete tasks assigned to you to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications and respond to queries promptly
  • Greeting clients and visitors as required

Candidate Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday

Salary: Marketing Leading Salary (depending on experience)
