Our client, based in Cheltenham, is seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Support the Conveyancing Department with the opening and set-up of new client files and matters
- Scan and process incoming residential property post, ensuring accurate allocation to client files
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with firm procedures
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and workflow coordination within the team
Candidate Attributes:
- Strong administration experience within a professional services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft
Salary: up to £28k DOE
