We're recruiting on behalf of an independent Supported Living provider in Gloucester for a newly created role supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of a small, person-centred service.

Supporting a small number of adults with complex learning disabilities across four homes, this organisation offers the opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where personality, teamwork and a genuine passion for care are just as important as experience.

Although this is primarily an office-based role working Monday to Friday, flexibility is essential.

As with any quality care service, there will be occasions where you'll support frontline teams by covering shifts, completing sleep-ins where required and participating in the on-call rota (approximately every couple of weeks).

Whether you are an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to step into their first management role or are an existing an existing Care Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a smaller, values-led organisation this could be the perfect role for you!

Your responsibilities will include: -Supporting the day-to-day management of the supported living services. -Creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and associated documentation. -Carrying out staff supervisions, competency assessments and performance support.
