Our excellent, established client in Berkeley (South Gloucestershire) is looking for an experienced BDM to join their expanding team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great interpersonal skills to join a growing team with the aim of maximizing sales in a B2B environment.

Duties

- Asking questions to understand customers’ requirements and make appropriate recommendations.

- Answering relevant queries about company products.

- Entering and updating customer information on internal company system.

- Keeping clear and concise records of customer requirements and secured sales.

- Visit external sites to develop customers and win new business.

- Learn about company product offering and services in order to confidently explain them to customers.

Key Attributes

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to speak to individuals at all levels and build rapport.

- Computer literate and able to learn new systems.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Hours mostly worked in-office or visiting customers, however, there may be some flexibility for the right individual for a little home working, though not fully remote.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum base salary + OTE £6,000 - £12,000 in commission + benefits
