This could be the role for you Our client, a leading estate agency are looking for a full-time Trainee Estate Agent to join their successful, outgoing and hardworking team from one of their busy branches in Worcester. They fully invest in their employees, with a complete training programme and excellent progression prospects, therefore, no previous experience in property is required. If you are looking to get yourself on the career ladder in Estate Agency, then this is the role for you. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, company who offer full support and progression to every member of staff where several of their Senior Managers began as trainees and worked their way up the ladder to senior level. Key Responsibilities: – To negotiate house sales to achieve set targets in line with the company business plan – To appraise and record information relating to properties for marketing purposes (post valuation) – Liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required
