Base pay range £75K to £80K per annum pro rata, fixed-term contract. This range is provided by Anderson Quigley. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Position Overview: Interim Financial Controller beginning in November for an initial 6-month term. You will ideally be a qualified accountant. Initially reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have recent relevant experience in the education sector, ideally in independent schools, though applications are also welcome from candidates in the wider schools’ sector, higher or further education.

Main areas of focus will include:

  • Leading the closing of year-end reporting and audit
  • Providing the COO with relevant and timely reports

This is a 5 day a week role with 3 days on site.
