Anderson Power Generation (APG) is a leading provider of sustainable electrical and renewable energy solutions. Specialising in High Voltage (HV) installations, standby power systems, and renewable energy projects, we work with global names like Cummins and Siemens to deliver high-spec industrial and commercial infrastructure.
We are seeking a motivated Electricians Mate or Improver to join our installation team. This is a hands-on role where you will support our qualified electricians in delivering complex power generation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Containment Installation: Fitting metal containment systems including cable tray, trunking, Unistrut, and conduit.
- Wiring Support: Assisting with the pulling and installation of small power and control cabling.
- Site Preparation: Setting up work areas, managing materials, and ensuring a safe, tidy environment.
- Technical Assistance: Helping with control panel mounting and basic second-fix tasks under supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience on commercial or industrial sites is preferred, particularly with metal containment systems.
- Qualifications: Ideally holding or working towards Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2365).
- Essentials: A valid CSCS or ECS card and a full UK driving licence.
- Attitude: A proactive learner with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
