We provide a comprehensive range of mechanical, energy, and renewable installations, including the design and installation of plumbing, heating, ventilation, heat recovery, and renewable energy systems. Our team takes pride in attention to detail, reliability, and delivering exceptional service. With extensive experience, we have successfully completed large-scale commercial projects, including hotels, schools, residential developments, and industrial premises.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Estimator based in Loughgall, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing, heating, ventilation, and renewable energy projects. Daily tasks include:

  • Reviewing project plans and specifications
  • Conducting material takeoffs
  • Researching costs
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Contributing to project bids and proposals

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project estimation, material takeoffs, and creating detailed bid proposals
  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation systems, and renewable energy technologies
  • Experience with cost analysis and budget management for mechanical installations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in commercial or industrial mechanical systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment
