This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal office-based role, leading a small team while driving sales coordination and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering closely with the Branch Manager, becoming a key driver of support and success for the internal sales team
  • Taking ownership of an existing customer portfolio, nurturing relationships, maximising value and driving profitability
  • Acting as the go-to expert for customer enquiries, delivering tailored advice and smart solutions
  • Proactively identifying and winning new business through targeted outbound activity
  • Collaborating with the External Sales Manager to strengthen performance and uncover new opportunities
  • Managing sales orders and quotations with precision, ensuring seamless delivery and happy customers
  • Building strong, daily relationships with key suppliers
  • Keeping everything on track through consistent use of the CRM system
  • Working hand-in-hand with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth operations end-to-end
