As a Revenue Controller, you will play a key role in managing the firm’s revenue cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing WIP and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring effective cash collection and accurate billing, while working closely with partners, fee earners, and finance teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage WIP and AR balances, ensuring timely billing and collections.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to monitor and improve revenue performance.
  • Analyse client accounts, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on revenue status.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fee earners, and internal finance teams to drive efficiency in the revenue cycle.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within the legal sector is essential.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of WIP (Work in Progress) and AR (Accounts Receivable).
