Job Description
Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator for a well-known client in the East End of Glasgow. It is an 18-month FTC and they are looking for someone to start immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships and can work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for collating and amending documents, ensuring strong communication between departments and customers, and showcasing strong administrative and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and amend documentation ensuring client requirements are met.
- Ensure correspondence with suppliers, customers and staff is recorded accurately.
- Deliver documentation packages to customers and internal staff in a timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation is logged correctly.
- To provide support to customers under the direction of Management.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
