Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking to grow your career in people operations? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, values-driven financial services firm during an exciting period of development within their People Services team.
As People Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR to ensure processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and every employee interaction reflects the company’s values.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day HR queries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
- Maintaining and updating HR systems in line with business and payroll deadlines.
- Supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, internal changes, and leavers.
- Collaborating with HR teams across Talent, ER, Reward, and Payroll.
- Contributing to process improvements and HR reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR or people operations role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment and wants to continue building a career in HR. You will work one day a week in a city centre Glasgow office and have experience from working in a shared service centre. We have 2 x 6 month FTCs available and ideally looking for candidates who can start immediately.
