Anderson Knight is recruiting a part-time administrator for a company based in Bellshill. This role will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination between planning, logistics, and production, while maintaining accurate stock records and supporting operational efficiency across the site.

Hours: 12:30pm - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week).

Salary: £13,333 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production planning activities and provide cover where required
  • Assist in coordinating stock movement between site and third-party logistics providers
  • Validate and investigate stock discrepancies and shortage claims
  • Conduct regular stock takes and report on variances
  • Liaise with dispatch to ensure orders are ready and processed on time
  • Communicate stock delays and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage visitor procedures (logbooks, badges)
