We’re partnering with a well-established organisation based in Renfrewshire to recruit an experienced HR Adviser to join a busy and collaborative HR team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong relationships across the business.
This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing their own workload, and is comfortable supporting managers across a broad range of HR matters.
- Providing proactive and practical HR support across multiple areas including employee relations, recruitment, absence management, and day-to-day advisory support.
- Supporting and advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Coordinating and supporting high-volume recruitment activity, including assessment centres and interviews.
- Managing general HR queries across the business.
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR professional who can work autonomously while remaining collaborative and approachable.
Previous experience in a broad HR Adviser/generalist role.
Experience handling employee relations casework independently.
Exposure to high-volume recruitment and assessment centre coordination.
