The Role
As Employee Relations Adviser, you will support the business by managing a wide range of employee relations matters and providing expert, pragmatic advice to line managers. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practice and consistency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues
- Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law
- Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals
- Ensuring fair and consistent application of HR processes
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance
About You
