Anderson Knight are delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a well-established and professional organisation. This is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and excellent organisational skills. This role is well-suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and have experience supporting senior team members or departments. Key Responsibilities: * Produce accurate and well-formatted correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF software (e.g., Adobe or Foxit). * Draft and proofread documents, ensuring high attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. * Manage diaries and appointment schedules, including responding to meeting requests and planning ahead for key commitments. * Coordinate invoicing processes, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of client invoices. * Monitor and manage email accounts during periods of absence or annual leave. * Follow internal processes to complete a range of administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. * Provide wider team support across departments or locations when needed. * Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Facilities, Reception, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless operational support. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in a professional services or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
