Working closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain, you will analyse trading performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide clear recommendations to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse store and business performance across sales, margin, profitability and key retail KPIs.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance insights for management teams.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance issues across the retail estate.
- Evaluate sales, pricing, promotions, category performance and commercial initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making.
