As Commercial Manager you will have extensive experience in the utilities and civil engineering sectors, supported by a strong Quantity Surveying background and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure, Utilities and construction projects.
Highly skilled in commercial management across the full project lifecycle, with extensive experience in contract administration, cost control, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within complex project environments. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing commercial and operational teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong performance-driven culture.
Experienced in driving project performance through effective financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Focused on maximising profitability by identifying commercial opportunities, improving efficiencies, controlling costs, and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
