We are working with a leading professional services firm to appoint an experienced Head of Reward on a fixed-term contract. This is a senior, handsâon role supporting the business across the full reward agenda, with an immediate start and the potential for the contract to extend beyond the initial four months.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the full reward cycle, providing both strategic direction and operational delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of the reward cycle, including annual pay review, bonus and benefits
- Oversight and management of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
- Review and development of reward frameworks, policies and processes
- Benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive and compliant reward practices
- Stakeholder management across HR, Finance and senior leadership
- Ensuring reward and payroll practices align with current legislation and best practice
About You
- Proven experience operating at Head of Reward or senior reward leadership level
- Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits and payroll
- Experience within a professional services or similarly complex environment
- Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, changeâoriented setting
- Available at short notice or able to start within the required timeframe
