Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, market-leading healthcare organisation to appoint a Head of HR to a newly created, strategic leadership role. Our client is a UK-wide organisation employing 500+ staff across multiple sites and is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, inclusive and future-ready culture. Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will lead the People function, a team of 5, owning the full people agenda across a multi-site operation.
Key Responsibilities- People Strategy & Change
- Lead and develop a high-performing People team
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business growth
- Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Drive workforce planning and future talent strategy
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the organisation
- Culture & Engagement
- Embed company values and lead cultural evolution
- Design and deliver engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
- Act as a visible culture ambassador across all sites
- HR Operations & Governance
- Oversee all HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and HR systems
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with employment law, H&S and regulatory standards
- Reward & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks
- Lead reward, recognition and performance initiatives
- Ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness
You will be a senior, commercially minded People leader with experience operating at scale in a complex, multi-site environment. You will demonstrate:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior HR/People leadership role
- Strong experience leading organisational change and transformation
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience building scalable people strategies aligned to business goals
- Strong leadership presence, gravitas and stakeholder management skills
- Data-led, analytical approach to decision making
