Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting an Asset & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Administrator for a wellâestablished and highly respected facilities management organisation based in Glasgow. The Role
You will play a key part in keeping asset and maintenance information accurate, compliant, and aligned with industry best practice. Acting as a specialist in Asset & Hard Services Planned Maintenance, you will ensure maintenance programmes run smoothly, assets are properly managed, and compliance standards are met. This role offers a great mix of technical administration, analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, field operatives, and suppliers.
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week, MondayâFriday
- Choice of 8amâ4pm or 9amâ5pm
- Hybrid: Work from home 1 day per week
- Salary â ÂŁ24,969
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining the asset database and PPM system
- Ensuring assets contain key information for warranties and lifecycle cost (LCC) planning
- Maintaining asset models, warranty libraries, and automated warranty systems
- Making sure all assets have compliant maintenance
- Producing analytical reports and identifying asset data variances
- Monitoring daily asset changes, additions, and disposals
- Working with procurement, contract teams, and thirdâparty suppliers to ensure PPM schedules and certifications are in place
- Supporting operational teams to follow asset and maintenance processes
- Ensuring all assets hold valid certification and flagging any compliance gaps
- Escalating data discrepancies or nonâcompliance issues when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of Asset Management and Planned Maintenance principles
- Background in facilities management or maintenance environments
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with systems, data, and reporting tools
- Able to take ownership of tasks and work independently
- Strong communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong problemâsolving skills
- Educated to GCSE level (Maths, English & Science); Level 3 or 4 qualification in a relevant field desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
