Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Support Administrator for a legal firm in Edinburgh. It is a permanent, hybrid role. This role involves preparing, editing, and formatting documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. You’ll help ensure all documents meet our firm’s formatting standards and are accurate, clear, and professionally presented. Key Responsibilities * Produce and amend documents to a high standard * Handle document requests received via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams * Manage deadlines and prioritise urgent work * Support teams across the firm with formatting or document-related queries * Transcribe dictation when required * Assist with ongoing projects and special requests * Report technical issues to IT Support when needed * Keep colleagues and coordinators updated on document progress * Help test templates and contribute to new software initiatives * Collaborate with the PA team, IT Training Team, and Smarter Working team * Maintain and update internal templates and precedents Essential Skills and Experience: * Strong attention to detail * Good organisational and problem-solving skills * Advanced Microsoft Word skills (e.g. styles, track changes, TOCs) * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint * Experience in a document production or similar support role Desirable: * Experience working in a legal or professional services environment If you\'re organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in a professional environment where your skills will be valued, we’d love to hear from you
