Overview

Anderson Knight is recruiting an L&D Adviser on behalf of a growing organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. This role plays a key part in revamping the Learning & Development function, streamlining induction processes, and delivering a modern and engaging approach to people development. This is a great opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, shaping learning strategies, and delivering development initiatives that drive performance and capability across the organisation.

Key Focus Areas of the Role

  • Redesign and streamline the induction and onboarding experience
  • Modernise training content and delivery methods across the business
  • Support the transformation of the L&D function into a proactive, strategic partner

  • Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes to drive continual improvement

Responsibilities

Learning Delivery & Support

  • Facilitate development programmes and learning workshops across regional teams
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory learning requirements are met
  • Partner with managers to identify development needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Support digital learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Capability & Career Development

  • Embed career pathways and competency frameworks
  • Provide coaching and development support to managers
  • Contribute to leadership development initiatives
  • Encourage professional qualifications and apprenticeships

Continuous Improvement

  • Measure learning impact using data and feedback
  • Develop and maintain accurate learning records
  • Share insights to shape future learning strategy

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development or People Development
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Experience delivering and improving training programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident in digital learning platforms and LMS systems
  • Strong planning and organisational ability
