Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Loganair for a Key Account Manager to join their Charter Services team based in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and customer-focused professional to take ownership of key client relationships across Loganair’s Contract Flying division. Working closely with customers, brokers and internal operational teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial performance, service excellence and continuous improvement. This role would suit someone with experience in account management, customer engagement or service delivery who enjoys building long-term relationships and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key Contract Flying customers, brokers and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximise satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitoring service performance through KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvements
  • Producing monthly and quarterly performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading customer review meetings and coordinating communications across multiple stakeholders
  • Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Flight Support and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supporting commercial activity including quotations, tender submissions, pricing proposals and opportunity tracking
  • Coordinating invoicing with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely billing
  • Developing engaging customer presentations and service reviews
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational processes and service delivery
  • Providing support across the wider Charter Services team as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within account management, customer engagement or service delivery
  • A commercial mindset with experience preparing proposals, quotations or tender responses
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate meaningful insights
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong decision-making skills
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Aviation experience would be advantageous but is not essential
