Anderson Knight is currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client’s team on a full time permanent basis based in East Lothian . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR background and a passion for supporting employees and business objectives through efficient HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with line managers to manage the recruitment process end-to-end. * Oversee induction and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, while managing probation and annual review processes. * Take ownership of the company induction programme and collaborate closely with HR and site teams to track, plan, and assess its effectiveness. * Track and report on key HR metrics, including absenteeism, performance, and probation status, to the HR function and Senior Leadership Team. * Support performance management processes, including absenteeism, probation, and addressing underperformance. * Provide general HR administrative support. * Assist with grievance and disciplinary investigations as needed. * Help manage the weekly timesheet submission process for payroll. * Assist with company-wide events and initiatives, including charity events and corporate social responsibility activities. * Contribute to and support the implementation of various internal HR projects. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role. You should possess excellent administration and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Additional key qualifications and attributes include: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * A results-driven and customer-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and manage competing priorities. * Confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of HR work. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
