You’ll be part of a collaborative People team that values fresh thinking, initiative, and partnership. Our client is seeking someone who enjoys working closely with managers, spotting opportunities for improvement, and delivering pragmatic solutions that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as a trusted adviser for managers on a wide range of HR matters, with particular focus on complex employee relations cases.

Guiding and coaching managers to resolve issues promptly, fairly, and in line with employment law.

Supporting organisational change initiatives, from restructures through to engagement and culture-building projects.
*
Proactively identifying people-related risks and opportunities, and recommending effective, practical solutions.
*
Building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Providing on-site support when required to ensure hands-on, tailored guidance.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in an HR Adviser or People Adviser role, with extensive employee relations case management expertise.

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

A solutions-focused approach – with an emphasis on achieving outcomes, not just following process.
