Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a legal firm's brand new office in South Lanarkshire. You must have Scottish Law Experience and previously worked within Conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in Property Transactions: Assist with the preparation and management of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, property deeds, and leases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • File Management: Manage client files and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly and deadlines are met.
  • Land Registry & Registration: Assist with the submission of applications to the Land Registry and ensure compliance with registration processes.
  • Transactional Support: Help prepare client accounts, arrange completion statements, and assist in the financial aspects of transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing diaries for conveyancing solicitors.
