Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Technical Administrator for a client within the transport sector. This role will focus on coordinating procurement activities, maintaining and updating documentation, and assisting with audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software, track deliveries, returns, and monitor lifecycle status.
- Raise purchase requests, liaise with suppliers, arrange deliveries, and track order timelines.
- Update IT process documentation, SOPs, and user guides; generate reports on asset usage, trends, and compliance.
- Log routine IT tasks, assist with audit preparation, and provide other support as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Basic understanding of IT hardware
