Anderson Knight is excited to partner with our client in hiring a Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to join their HR team. This role will be key to managing staffing levels, overseeing temporary workers, and ensuring smooth operations across the business. The working hours for this role are 07:30 – 15:30 and the role will be office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage staffing requirements to meet production goals, ensuring appropriate staffing levels across shifts.
- Coordinate the preparation and compliance of new starts.
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date rota’s for all departments (circa 250 employees).
- Liaise with department managers to ensure holiday rotas are updated and communicated.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance for all temporary staff.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring they meet service standards.
- Manage the onboarding, compliance, and contract processes for temporary staff.
- Monitor and report on agency performance and staffing trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency staff and address any concerns.
About You:
- Previous experience in staffing / planning coordination or a similar recruitment role, particularly in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing temporary staffing and liaising with agencies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
