This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing their own workload, and is comfortable supporting managers across a broad range of HR matters.

The Role

As HR Adviser, you'll provide proactive and practical HR support across multiple areas including employee relations, recruitment, absence management, and day-to-day advisory support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience handling employee relations casework independently
  • Exposure to high-volume recruitment and assessment centre coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Both CIPD qualification or working towards this would be advantageous
