Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with an established and highly regarded business to recruit a Payroll Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established payroll team, where you will support the Payroll Manager in overseeing and maintaining existing payroll processes while ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team, assisting with training, coaching and day-to-day operational matters where required. Key Responsibilities
- Helping to improve and streamline the payroll process in order to maximise effectiveness while complying with legal requirements.
- Ensuring calculations for payslips are correct, whilst including the tax codes, bandings and any necessary adjustments.
- Managing the full payroll process from end to end and undertaking complex payroll processes.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure full effectiveness within the department and the business as a whole.
- Completing processes inline and in accordance with legislation.
- Helping to manage the team, providing assistance and helping them further contribute through your help.

- Strong communication skills with senior and junior colleagues.
- Proficiency with computing skills particularly MS Office & Excel.
- Well organised with a good eye for detail.
