Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of two flexible workspace centres in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Following the recent acquisition of both locations, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business during a key stage of expansion. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of both centres, delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting occupancy growth, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This is a varied role that combines office management, client relationship management, facilities coordination, events, and operational support. You'll be responsible for ensuring both locations run efficiently while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace community. Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh (Travel Required) Salary: Up to Β£31,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours per Week Key Responsibilities β€’ Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices β€’ Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment for tenants, visitors, and guests β€’ Manage client enquiries, arrange viewings, and support occupancy across both centres β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention β€’ Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, contractors, and maintenance requirements β€’ Work collaboratively within a job-share arrangement to ensure seamless management of the Glasgow site β€’ Organise networking events, tenant engagement activities, and community initiatives β€’ Assist with social media content and centre communications to promote activities and services β€’ Monitor office procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery β€’ Support reporting, administration, and general business operations as required β€’ Ensure both centres operate in line with company standards and objectives About You We're looking for someone who is: β€’ Friendly, professional, and highly customer-focused β€’ Experienced in office management, operations, facilities, hospitality, or a similar environment β€’ Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities across two locations β€’ A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills β€’ Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently β€’ Comfortable building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues β€’ Experienced in coordinating events or client engagement activities β€’ Confident using social media and supporting marketing initiatives β€’ Flexible and willing to travel between Glasgow and Edinburgh on a regular basis Previous experience within serviced offices, flexible workspaces, property, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment would be advantageous.
