This is a unique opportunity to partner with a fast-paced, commercially driven team that combines technology, innovation and specialist expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive people initiatives that support growth, performance and engagement across the division. We are seeking a commercially minded HR professional with broad generalist experience who has previously supported technology, digital, innovation or transformation-focused teams. You will be comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, providing hands-on support while influencing key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Support workforce planning and organisational design initiatives to ensure the division is equipped for future growth.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, coaching managers through complex and sensitive people issues.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives across the wider business.
- Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development activities.
- Partner with stakeholders on reward and recognition initiatives, ensuring market competitiveness and employee engagement.
- Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing strategic input with operational delivery when required.
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting technology, digital, innovation, transformation or highly specialist professional services teams.
- Strong generalist HR background with exposure across employee relations, workforce planning, reward, organisational development and change.
- Commercially focused with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
