This is a fantastic opportunity for a property graduate or an individual with some property-related experience to develop their career within commercial property management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including shopping centres, while receiving ongoing support and training.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Assist with tenant and landlord communications.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and property inspections.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Assist with service charge administration and budget monitoring.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Support lease administration and general property management activities.
- Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Property, Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline; or previous experience within property, facilities management, factoring or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
