Anderson Knight is recruiting a confident, highly organised and legally experienced professional to join our client’s busy Employment Law team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first professional point of contact for existing and prospective clients
  • Manage and convert client enquiries into instructions, including discussing and agreeing fee arrangements
  • Provide digital dictation support and maintain accurate case records
  • Produce high-quality legal documentation, correspondence, and manage files with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collate, prepare, and manage Employment Tribunal bundles to a professional standard
  • Confidently use Adobe to compile, edit, and organise complex legal documents
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently

About You

  • Proven experience in a legal environment, ideally within Employment Law or a similar practice area
  • Confident, highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
