Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role is ideally suited to a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in commercial property management, who is motivated to develop their career. Salary

Salary £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Fully onsite

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of property management operations across commercial sites
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support lease administration, including documentation and record keeping
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and property regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team

About You

  • Previous experience in property, facilities, or administration (commercial preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
