Anderson Knight is partnering with a client to appoint an experienced Interim Business Change / Project Management specialist to lead high-impact transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who thrives on improving how a business operates — bringing structure, clarity, and measurable results. This is a great opportunity to step into a visible, influential role where you can make a real impact quickly. The role will be on site for 3/5 Months on an Interim Basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving business change across asset compliance, performance, and customer service
- Reviewing and improving processes to deliver more efficient, commercially effective outcomes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to identify solutions and remove barriers
- Playing a key role in business development through strong relationship building
- Acting as a trusted voice within the leadership team
What we’re looking for:

Evaluate and report on operational performance by ensuring key data and metrics are captured and analysed as required. Develop and implement a technical oversight regime that ensures that fit for purpose high quality business assets are adopted and subsequently owned and managed. Proactively identify and mitigate areas of risk and/or inefficiency. Develop, implement, and manage business capability supporting operation and maintenance including but not limited to identifying and securing the right commercial arrangements, resources, systems, technical and operational standards, and procedures. Work with others across the Group to ensure that all customer groups' interests are captured and managed throughout the asset adoption and asset management lifecycle. Inspire, motivate, manage, and oversee team members to drive actions forward. Communicate all objectives clearly throughout the business organisations and ensure all team members involved are demonstrably competent to carry out their roles in accordance with group and prevailing industry standards. Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are met and submitted in a timely manner.
