Anderson Knight is delighted to partner with a dynamic and growing business based in Falkirk to find their next Purchase Ledger Supervisor. As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and developing a small finance team, overseeing day‐to‐day operations in a fast‐paced environment. While previous experience within Purchase Ledger is ideal, we are open to candidates who have supervisory experience within any finance function. What matters most is your leadership skills and a solid understanding of finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance staff, ensuring efficient processing of purchase ledger transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assist with month‐end and year‐end processes, including the preparation of reports and reconciliations.
