Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced HSQE Advisor. This is a hybrid role, supporting projects across the Central Belt, covering the area from Falkirk through to Perth.

As a Regional HSQE Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across a range of projects. You will provide hands‑on support to site teams, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to regulatory requirements. In this key position, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HSQE Lead in driving a positive and proactive HSQE culture across all sites.
- Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on HSQE performance and compliance.
- Conducting thorough accident and incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Providing clear guidance to project teams to enhance safety awareness and operational best practice.
- Identifying risks and recommending improvements to continuously strengthen HSQE standards.
We are seeking a motivated professional who can confidently influence, advise, and support site teams. The ideal candidate will bring:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma (essential).
- Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments.
- Strong background in accident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Ability to build rapport with Site Managers and team members, promoting a positive safety culture.
- Excellent IT abilities and strong reporting skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative.
- A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating future risk based on work pipelines.
- High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Experience delivering training, toolbox talks, or educational HSQE initiatives.
